Task Description

Ensure the operation of the semisubmersible drilling rig (SSDR) “SEDCO-602”, which carries out exploratory drilling for oil and gas on the continental shelf of the Anadyr Bay of the Bering Sea.

The supply delivery required had to be carried out on a regular basis, in spite of the extreme weather instability in this area of Chukotka

Project Implementation

This project was connected with the beginning of an intensive study of the shelf of the Chukchi and East Siberian seas.
Trans Line has successfully transported drilling equipment of Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz OJSC to the Molchalivy Island near the Beringovsky seaport of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.
Subsequently, we coordinated the logistics of the parts and materials for service ships in the area of the drilling rig location, 143 kilometers from the coast of Chukotka on the traverse of the village of Beringovsky.
After the completion of drilling of an exploration and evaluation well at SEDCO 602 drilling rig we unloaded and received unused materials and technical items from SEDCO 602 and transferred them further to the Chukotka maintenance base of Sibneft-Noyabrskneftegaz OJSC.
