Project Implementation

According to the requirements of 1.8.3 of the ADR Rules, 1.8.3 of the ADN Regulation (European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods) and 1.8.3 of Appendix 2 to the SMGS (Agreement on International Goods Transport by Rail), at each enterprise, whose activities include carriage of dangerous goods or related operations for packaging, loading, loading or unloading, advisers (consultants) on the safety of the transport of dangerous goods should be appointed. The adviser (consultant) must have a certificate of professional training, valid for transportation on one or several modes of transport, and our company has such employees. They are certified by the International Association for Dangerous Goods (DGA) in Saint-Petersburg and successfully act as consultants.
